The "City of Sheena" is a town where the sun shines quietly in the midst of unspoiled nature.

On the eastern border of the state, mountains range from south to north.

The mountains on the eastern boundary line up in a straight line from south to north, forming the katakana character "fu フ".

The vast ocean stretches to the west.

The town is surrounded by the sea and mountains.

Spring is blessed with a variety of plants, and summer is pleasant with an average temperature of 20℃(68℉).

In autumn and winter, the town is covered with deep snow.

Once upon a time, there was a slang that went like, "Are you having a good time?" or "How's it going?" .

It was a time no matter what we were doing, we'd ask each other, "Having fun?(ノッテル？)" and reply, ""Yeah, having a blast!(ノッテル！)".

It was a time when we used phrases like "riding the waves(ノッテル)," saying things like, "I'm catching the waves right now, so don't bother me!".
